Our Teacher Assistants are essential to the heartbeat of our classrooms, providing the daily support that helps students feel seen, supported, and successful. Working closely with lead teachers, they build strong relationships, reinforce learning, and help create a calm, engaging environment where every child can thrive. They also play an important role beyond the classroom, including supervising students during recess and ensuring a safe, positive playground experience.
