The Summit Club

Welcome to The Summit Club | One name. One story. One shared purpose.

The Summit Club is who we are when it comes to community giving at The Mountain Community School. Families, businesses, grandparents, alumni, and community members may give in different ways and at different times of the year, but they are all part of the same effort, standing behind the same students.

Giving to TMCS is not about covering basic operating costs. It is about intentionally investing in what makes TMCS exceptional, expanding opportunities for students, and providing the experiences, programs, and resources that help our students thrive. Whether you give once, give monthly, partner through your business, or join one of our annual campaigns, you are part of The Summit Club. Together, we make more possible for TMCS students.

Why We Give

Public funding provides the foundation. Community support helps us go further.
Charter schools operate with fewer public resources in some areas than traditional public schools. At TMCS, community support gives us the flexibility to make investments that strengthen the student experience without taking resources away from the classroom. This year, for example, TMCS invested in 100 new Chromebooks for students and updated computers for every teacher, replacing devices that were as much as a decade old and could no longer reliably support teaching and learning.

Your support helps make investments like these possible while also expanding student experiences, providing assistance when families need it, and strengthening programs and resources across the school.

Four Ways to Give

There is no single way to be part of The Summit Club. Choose the way that works for you. Some opportunities are available year-round, while others bring our community together at specific times during the school year.

Year-round | $350 to $2,500

Local businesses and organizations can invest in TMCS at one of four partnership levels: $350, $750, $1,500, or $2,500. Community Partners support our students while receiving recognition and opportunities to connect with the TMCS community throughout the year. Partnerships can begin at any time and renew annually.

Year-round | $Year-round | Give monthly to $2,500

Recurring donors provide a steady source of support throughout the year. Monthly gifts help TMCS assist students and families, strengthen programs, purchase materials and resources, and respond when opportunities arise.
Choose a monthly amount that works for you and change or stop your gift at any time.

November 30 – December 4, 2026

For one week each year, our entire community comes together to support TMCS.
Anchored by Giving Tuesday, Giving Week provides a focused opportunity for families, grandparents, alumni, friends, and community members to give, while also providing local businesses with an opportunity for year-end support.

Giving Week returns November 30 – December 4.
More information coming this fall.

April 1 – 10
100 donors. 10 days. One community.

The Century Campaign is our spring giving challenge with one simple goal: bring together 100 individual donors in 10 days. Choose a one-time gift of $10, $100, or $1,000. The size of the gift may be different, but every donor counts equally toward the goal of 100 people standing behind TMCS.

The next Century Campaign begins April 1.
Campaign details coming soon.

The people and businesses behind TMCS

The Summit Club is ultimately about people. We are grateful for the families, grandparents, alumni, friends, businesses, and community organizations who choose to invest in our students and in the future of The Mountain Community School. Their support allows us to think bigger, respond to opportunities, and continue building the kind of school experience our students deserve.
